I read this thread all the time but don't always post in it, Layne you are such an inspiration bro training like that while injured. It's that type of dedication that seperates you from the rest of the crowd. I just had shoulder surgery March 11 and I made it my business to do cardio and not get too fat lol but I could not squat with my arm in a sling. Any how, congragulations on the wedding and get well soon.
i read through your FAQ layne, i couldnt find info on what you find optimal ratio of calories per lb of weight one should eat when bulking, and taking no supplements other than fish oil/protein powder/multi vit.
i hear loads of conflicitng reports like, you must eat 5000+ calories to grow, other times its bw x 16 + 500 or 33/33/33 protein carb fat etc. just wondering if you could give me your take on the issue of calories and bulking.
thanks.
