Im with EL_Spiko Layne i just bought dialene4 but hopefully it dont take to long to get to Iraq. like he said anything you can recommend will taking it. cant wait to try it out and see how it works
Layne, on training days, is the post-workout shake counted as a meal?
Was that regular creatine mono that you took up to day of show?
I competed against Layne in that show and got spanked. But I asked him alot of questions and learned alot he only uses creatine monohydrate just 5 grams post workout. The one thing he said that really stuck with me was that if you are truly in shape for your bodybuilding contest that all the games that people play, like stopping the creatine and cutting water, basically become a non issue.
Well, I got my Dialene and the slogan is right, you can definitely feel it. It's like when you bite into that whole habenjero pepper hiding in the middle of your burrito
I tried a diet almost exactly like that which I tweaked myself from palumbos diet and it didnt work for shit so I went all out palumbo and that worked much better for me. Im fine without carbs especially dairy. That shit fucks me up.
As as funny side note, I became lactose intolerant several years ago but didnt know it because i was eating food at my college cafeteria and figured that was what gave me the shits. Fast foward 2 years later and i was tweaking my diet and realized without milk i was making better gains, wasnt bloated, and didnt have explosive diarrhea twice a day.
I am looking into the metobolic diet to see if it will work for me. On the dairy issue I must be the only one here(or seem to be) where dairy does not bloat me, give me the shits, or hold water. Does that only happen to people who are lactose intolerant?

Pretty much. Most people tend to be at least slightly allergic/intolerant to lactose, and so it is recommended that lactose be cut the last week or after wednesday of the last week.
Lactose intolerance can flare up or subside any time. A couple of months ago, a slice of cheese a day would give me explosive diahrrea . At the moment im drinking a litre of milk a day without a problem...

None of my buddies have problems with milk and we would all go through two gallons a week by ourselves. Of course now I don't drink milk any longer.
Layne why do you love bcaa supplements so much when my protein powder + my multi have a higher number of bcaas in a serving as do many of the bcaa supplements out there.
I use optimum whey protein (2 scoops) and
animal pak multi vitamin post workout amongst other things.
