                      I have answered many of your questions, even after you disrespected me on another thread. I answered emails from you, PMs, and questions in this thread and this is what you do. I have no words for you. Nothing.

                      This would be different if I was some guy who you'd never talked to before who just had a DVD out there somewhere.

                      Seriously. It's $30. I spent thousands of dollars and hours upon hours of my time making it. I'm not some big rich corporation trying to eat your cash. I'm a normal guy who works his ass of who is in graduate school FULL TIME, who owns his own business and it is trying to do his best. On top of everything else I do I come on here and answer hundreds of pages of questions and never ask for JACK in return.

                      So please... go away.

                            godamn...I went through the whole thread you linked there and nobody even told me where I could DL your DVD! wtf!

                            on a serious note, I bought the DVD and it was WELL worth the money spent, some of the information on cyclical approaches to dieting, occlusion training, phat training, and contest prep are simply cutting edge imho.

                            • you have probably answered this before, but why do you only squat parallel? so many guys these days say go as low as possible, hell thats what i do and it seems to be workin great, i cant even squat parallel anymore i have to go all the way down.
