a layne not to sure if u got this question before , but it seems like like and hour after my work outs i start to cramp up and get a charlie horse, for example to day was leg and i just came from chilling out side and when i try to stand up my legs cramp on me and it was so painfull i couldnt even stand up straight,
what do u suggest to stop the cramping that shit hurts,
