          • dude, i'm going after my PhD. I basically presented data today that would have been sufficient for a masters... but I want to get my PhD

                    I too am studying here in New Zealand as an undergrad. Majoring in exercise science...I think you have a great influence on the young kids who have just started lifting weights.

                    I have been lifting 1 1/2 and have put on some solid gains since i started my Degree (hehe learning and applying lol).

                    i was just wondering since you've got more than about 2-3 years headstart on me, what supplements/minerals should i be injesting after training and before bed apart form simple carbs and protein and creatine.

                    An what supplements should i add to my diet to increase my recovery.

                            So I know you said you train legs up to 3 times per week. I was just wondering how you go about splitting that up. Do you train them every couple days with the other bodyparts in between?

                            • Hey Layne, I've read your cardio article, but it never specifically discusses LIT cardio after a pro/carb meal. Would one reap the benefits as much as doing LIT after pro/fat or only BCAA? Thanks bro!
