Layne helped design this stuff. I can't speak on it's fat burning ability yet, but I took it yesterday along with Amp for the first time pre workout and it turns you rabid (sounds sales pitchy). As long as you don't have sensivity to caffeine you'll be good.Assistant to the regional manager.

Layne, here is my question. Normally we drink whey, post-workout, and when we do cardio afterwards, it would be cool cuz we drinked whey protein.
but what about morning cardio?
how long should we do it ? is there a max. i mean cardio on an empty stomach, after waking up. i dont want to lose muscle so..No one is special, some were patient.
