you take the NO before your workout to help get better blood flow by relaxing the muscles surrounding the vains. this helps by giving more nutrients to the muscles your working so they can pump more. then after your workout you take a Whey shake with dextrose and arginine to help with protein synthisis since you have the muscles relaxed and you can flow more nutrients to the muscle groups you worked.

this is what i take from the article. hopefull im not that stupid and just didnt understand it at all

      • What supplements do you recommend for bulking to prevent excessive fat gain. I bought sesamin and I am thinking about adding r-ala. What do you think?

Not speaking for Layne, but here's is an article that he wrote that should answer your question to bulking.
          http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/layne2.htm
Also give his Dialene-4 a try.

Layne helped design this stuff. I can't speak on it's fat burning ability yet, but I took it yesterday along with Amp for the first time pre workout and it turns you rabid (sounds sales pitchy). As long as you don't have sensivity to caffeine you'll be good.

You feel that the front squats work you glutes and hams? or just do direct work for those groups, i.e. GRH's lol

            • Layne, here is my question. Normally we drink whey, post-workout, and when we do cardio afterwards, it would be cool cuz we drinked whey protein.

              but what about morning cardio?
how long should we do it ? is there a max. i mean cardio on an empty stomach, after waking up. i dont want to lose muscle so..

empty stomach cardio is nonesense, it does not burn fat any better than high intensity cardio. read the cardio section of my article here http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/layne36.htm i think it will answer your question
