not sure, possibly just expand my current business. It has grown so much just by word of mouth that I can hardly keep up with demand and I'm sure that if I focused on it after grad school I could make a really nice living off of it.
Hey layne, quick question. When counting totals for daily prot, carb, fat grams, do I use the pre-cooked or cooked totals? Foods like brown rice, oatmeal etc. thnx
My last meal before my workout is at 4:30. I start working out around 6:45 and before that I take NO-Xplode. I know you're not a big believe in Nitrix oxide, but the caffeine, and other ingredients in it really get me focused and pumped up before a workout. I don't eat any closer to workouts because If I have food in my stomach The NO-Xplode really doesn't agree with my stomach. I usually get back from working out around 8:30 and I have my postworkout shake immediately. Do you think this is too long without protein, and become catabolic? Also note that I sip my mixture of BCAAs, Glutamine, and Citruline Malate while I workout.
Do you think another way to better my situation would be to put a scoop of BCAAs in my preworkout shake of NO-Xplode, creatine monohydrate and betalinine? Thanks!
Also, my postworkout cocktail (immedietely after lifting is done) is a creatine, beta alinine, and citruline malate mixture, do you think adding BCAA's would be beneficial? I've heard that BCAAs and Creatine fight for absorbtion. Does this hold any truth?
How do you feel about those who take AAS and are at present rolling in four, five or six figure supplement contracts,
If you knew what the few bbers who actually have contracts get paid, you would take up golf or some other sport where the average club pro makes more $$$ men the vast majority of bbers out there. Of course, 99.9% of bbers using AAS, have no contracts, much less 5-6 figure contracts, so it appears AAS use does not = contracts.
Lane actually has a life outside bbing as a scientist ( a real one, not a pseudo wanna be type that hangs out on most forums...) and probably has no interest in putting that at risk. Not everyone takes pride in being a felon, shocking as that may come to some in the bbing community...
Back in the day, when AAS was cheap, legal (or at least had essentially no penalties for their use), and real, I would say "go for it" but these days, the risk to benefit is simply not there for the vast majority of users.
That does not include those in other countries with different laws with and an uncle who wants to write scripts and keep an eye on your health or those on HRT....
Damn good info on your MD Radio interview.
My only question is how can I get enough cals in if I don't eat as often?
My meals are already pretty big but I guess I could add some more food if need be.
Again, much props on the interview, I have read how you were a guru but I had no idea.

you only need to space out your protein further apart... you can still have carbs and fat between
