i don't do it intentionally but as you said, I had people watch me and they said I maintain my lower back arch but my upper back does round. I don't do it intentionally but I don't think it's placing my low back at risk; but i'm still working on trying to keep it more straight since I'd rather not chance it

ha thats what i was thinking, no way i would squat without a spotter. I guess you can chuck the weight since he is in a good rack, but still.Teen NPC competitor.
