Also another quick question sorry if i ask to much just lots of questions from reading this thread and the bb.com/video series. Your split a lot like mine upperheavy/lower heavy/upper hyper/lower hyper just wondering if i wanted to try your split which just adds extra day spliting the upper body workout. This increase my frequency im still unsure how much volume my body will grow with what would be a good starting point? and how long do i wait to add more if i can handle it?
Note; better to start this when im doing a mass phase or will the calorie deficient from dieting down not affect it.
