I always get tripped up if i mess with sodium. I plan on getting lean enough this year and changing almost nothing to "peak"

Layne, why is contest prep so taxing mentaly? I was talking to a few people at the gym and the just dont understand what we do. I have been dieting for sometime now and am 4 weeks out from my show. They keept saying shit like "why is you energy so low", "Why do you feel like shit". What they were saying was more like you get to eat 5-7 times a day, you look good, why are you so out of it.
If any of this makes sence then please help. I just tried to tell them that is may sound all good and the perks of dieting may be great but until you personaly have dieted down for 16 weeks with calorie restricted, carbs being low, and the same food everyday then you will never understand. I dont want you to think that Im complaining because Im not lol.Though the pain may come over you, never let it overcome you.

Hey Layne,
Just clicked on the link to order Unleashed of your BioLayne website. It says that it's sold out on the Scivation website.
Any idea when/if it will be back in stock?
Btw, hope your upcoming shows go great. will be watching via webcast (will actually be the first bodybuilding show I've ever watched fully)

creatin and glutamine timing
Layne as far as using creatine and glutamine together when is the best time to take them. Ive read that glutamine must be taken on an empty stomach and to never take it with creatine because they compete for absorbtion. Is this true.
what would be a good protocol if i am taking both creatine and glutamine throughout the dAy?
thanks

One of my professors says that if you are buying creatine as a supplement you are basically wasteing your money because if you eat red meat that is probably all the creatine that your body can use. Is this true? Not sure if the research he referenced was done on hardcore lifters tho.Dream big and work hard!

actually i have always gained muscle pretty easily, good genetics, so maybe it really doesnt do anything. i dont know. i usually just eat food and dont take alot of supplements and i have great results.
but i have noticed in the past whenever i would take glutamine that i would notice a for sure noticable gain in muscle and fullness. That is a definite.
