I'm 4 weeks out now and am about 165LBM I use a diet of 330 pro 385 carbs cycled with 345 every so many days and 60 fat. What are the #s you use and how much LBM do you have.

precontest i take in around 250g protein, 200g carbs, 50-60g fat

Alright. And on workout days light cardio is like a 30min under 120HR stroll on the treadmill or something along those lines? Post workout?
Doing 20min of cardio and getting results, albeit with insane intensity, is something I've never done and blows my mind, but I am going to try it. Thanks for all your help. I Really appreciate it dude. I am all done with the questions =P
