  • awesome, thanks for the info i think i will be going back to doing just a post workout shake,

2 last questions if you could. any more questions and i dont think it would be fair to your consulting business.

are you still taking whey with this shake?

how did you figure out the carb amounts?

    Comment

    • no, whey prolly not needed with ample bcaa

carb amounts are just something i've come up with over years & years of tweaking

            • Hey Layne can't wait to watch the vid; I'm at work now and they aren't so much into us downloading and watching videos here!

I was just wondering, with your high volume workouts, how long does a session normally last for you?

I'm thinking that unless you keep your rest to a bare minimum it must be well over an hour...

I thought it must be. Ever get sick of having to spend so long in the gym? You must be wasted after 2 hours.

Not to answer for Layne, but you have to admit homie has goals. This guy is one of the most determined people (in all facets) I have ever come across. Layne is a testimate that with drive and perseverance nothing can hold you back. That's called making a dream a reality.
Also remember that those work outs are in a day filled with going cross eyed in a lab.

                            • are you ever worried about catabolic hormones coming in to play after working out for that long?

or do you still feel that as long as pre and post workout nutrition is up to par, your set?
