    thats what i was gunning for really, at the same time though i had wondered about being able to two-stage gains so i still had a plateau breaker (in the creatine monon and bcaa) up my sleeve.
    as you say i wont be lifting as heavy as before so didnt want to rush in on sups if i wasnt using my normal heavier weights??

    i know you're aware of palumbo's suggestions for diet, you were awesome on the radio, so do you have any other dietary suggestions or advice?

      i got a Q once again....i just bought the american version of muscle and fitness and it advertises mhp probolic-sr and glutamine-sr what is you opinion on these products....if its bad or not....

      and thanks for the lats advice ! it workin great for me !

      and one more when is episode 6 commin' out

        the only concern about the probolic- sr is the soy protein. I don't know how much is in there.

        • i do not know either i just wonder if its any good the article in m&f and MD spoke to me cuz it has 3 functions it has fast release medium and slow release proteins(supro soy and casein to feed muscle tissue between meals and and a release system that works 12 hour sup of amino acids it sounds pretty good but is it ?

              • hey dutch, cant comment on probolic specifically but i do know about the interactions of soy and the body, i was a vegetarian for 3 years while bbing, over that time i regularly consumed tofu (soy bean curd) and various soy containing products, i had no estrogenic related problems such as water retention or gyno. however it is a well known fact that everyone responds differently to circulating levels of hormones, in this case estrogen, some people are more sensitive to its effects and will suffer its side effects.

                i reckon you should buy a tub if your interested in it and monitor yourself carefully over the period you consume it; body composition, mood, sateity etc... if it works for you then go for it

                  oh well i'll do more research on it and get a tub...for know i have matrix 5.0 and mammoth weight gainer...about to use precision true mass with kre alkalyn in it so got enough sups to finish first

                        If your looking for a good time release protein then I've had great luck with Dorian Yates Pro peptide no soy and it tastes good. It's now called CNP Pro peptide. The place where I buy my supplements says they only use the very best raw materials to make this product.
