




right now it sux b/c i'm a strength guy (can only get heavy weights 3-4 reps no matter what b/c of lack of endurance) and can rep 290 x 4 just as easily as 320 x 4...i have even done 340 x 4 before when i weighed 190..but when it comes to trying to get, say even 300 for more than 6-7 reps..i get stuck..i think i was built for power..but i want to get more reps until i can do 320 x 6-8 regularly...maybe 330 x 6 even...it's just that i have short bursts of power (even tho the reps are still controlled and relatively slow) and can't maintain it for too long..anyone else have this problem?
