I don't count cals so I'm the wrong guy to ask.Just start eating cleaner and or less than what you eat on average,and go from there.Make any adjustments if needed,which you will,as you progress.If you count cals then just lower them a little keeping protien as high as possible.PanterA is a fictional character for entertainment purposes only.
