  • Goals...Short term/Long term.

    Could mean anything. Bringing up a lagging body part, competing, etc
    Mine are:
    1. Focus more of my time on cardio and diet, which leads me to # 2
    2. Compete in April of 2010, stay in shape for a future show in June.
      OMG..Its been 5 years now..EEK
    3. Become a leader for our younger lifters in my community.

    Goal.. get stronger than Tank.

    Major goal for me, get my diet back where it needs to be.

      1.Have 20 inch flexed arms at 18.5 just now will take some time
      2. Bench 405 by end of 2010
      3. Squat 600 by end of 2010

              Main goal would be to do my 1st competition - thinking Sept. 2011.

              All short-term goals would be related to and leading up to that main goal of competing

                probably going to take next year off from competing; goal is to put on more size and bring up weak area's and compete in over 50 class at a national event in 2011.
