    The key things in to get results are-

    * Have consistency with your training

    * Focus on getting stronger with the basic lifts (Squat, Deadlift, Press, Pullups, Dips)

    * Eat plenty of quality wholefood's

    * Don't get caught up in the fads of which supplements to take.

    I would recommend hiring a trainer who can show you the basics and make sure that you are performing the exercises properly and safely.
