order you supps from bodybuilding.com to save moolah and shop at Aldi. Walmart has good prices on tilapia and chicken just dont get any almonds or cashews from there.

I did 5 shows as a teenager including one my freshman year of college (The NPC Teen Nationals). I recommend not doing a show until you're in your early 20's. No one really cares if you were the teen anything. Get as BIG AS YOU CAN my friend... you'll need the size.

i say if u want to do a show as a teenager...do it! It would def. be a learning experience, and it would be a good way to get your name out there.

If money is an issue...just stick to the basics...monohydrate creatine (can be had for about 20 bucks online) and 30-40 bucks or so you can get a decent whey. I'm assuming your not "dead" broke lol, but frozen chicken breasts can be bought relatively cheap as well as sweet/red potatoes

If you want to compete as a teen, give it a go..it'd be a great way to see where you are at, but also see how you respond to a diet and if you even like the whole prepping for a show thing.

              good luck!

Hi guys, I'm a college student at East Coast Polytechnic Institute (Mechatronics Engineering program). I'm looking for a complex of back and shoulder exercises to do at home. I study online and have a lot of time due to lockdown. Any helpful workout resources/apps?
