What are peoples views on this product ?
My background is that I play Rugby and I'm a Prop so I have a high body fat% ( around 20% ) but im quite strong. Been injured once to many times so making a change to build muscle mass but cut down body fat.
With a Low carb, High Protein diet plus 4 Free wieght gym sessions plus 4 cardio sessions ( I'm a student so I have free time on my Hands ) how much will it aid to fat loss.
