    For best bang for your buck (or in your case, quid) you'd be best off just keeping it simple and getting whey. Haven't taken a vitamin (with the exception of D) in years.

                              bcaa's or eaa's whish I could add fish oil there but its cool I can get them sardines.

                              anyway a combo of vanadyl sulfate chromium picolinate does wonders for me

                              On top of that vit d3 or move to sunnier climate and work outdoors
