                    Not even close. I had the opportunity to speak to Frank Zane a few years ago and he told me that he used to take Pharm grade aminos from Rheo Blair (1000 mgs per cap) and these are the closest thing he knew of. FZ said he took upwards of 50 per day. I bought them for my son and he took 18-20 per day and GREW and got STRONG. I know little to nothing about supps but I witnessed these work.

Omega-3 has a positive impact on our joint health by helping reduce inflammation caused by heavy training or other kinds of stress on the body. I take them constantly, I order them at the Canadian Pharmacy.
