    I get up at 2:15 am, so it's tough to go to bed early enough to get many hours in.

    I get about 7.

        3 -5 hours It does tend to build by the end of the week.. then sometimes I'll be out 12 hours

          About 4 hours and then an afternoon nap. The weekends I get 8 hours.

                  We too. If I don't get at least 7 hours during the week, my muscles hurt longer - especially legs - and my mind wanders off easily... when I am well-rested I do better with work and much better in the gym.

                    8.5 straight thru the night and then an hour, hour & half nap 3-4 times a week in the evening. I love my sleep

                              7-9 hours usually but sometimes when my alrm clock doesnt go off i end up sleepin for like 12 hours, lol, it is so hard to get all my meals in the next day.

                                Not nearly as much as I should when I'm working morning shifts. But when I'm not working mornings, I'm getting 7-9 hours instead of 5-6 on mornings.
