        i get about 4 hours every night right now...i feel pretty good early in the week, but come Thursday I start to drag ass.

                  I Beileve being able to sleep is a genetic factor.

                  No on in my family can sleep anything past 8 hours striaght

                  Personaly, I hate sleep sounds Odd but true. I can feel regerated and perky at 5 hour. any past 6 and my body aches, i feel like crap

                      i shoot for 8 hours, but by the time i stop seeing the clock it ends up being 6~7, worst case 5 hours. i just hit a couple 8 hour days though, definitely feel 110%

                        I take sleeping as more important than training. when I can't sleep enough or get enough REM. I can't focus that hard. I make it a job to get in eight but I might get up in the middle of the night and eat or check emails and go back to sleep.

                          7.5-8 hours/day. On the weekends I tend to stay up later and get only 6-7/day. This needs to stop because it messes up my sleep for the first 1 or 2 days of the week.

                            I usually get 7 hrs a day during the week, a little less on the weekends. I think this is probably my biggest obstacle. I tend to get sick a lot when I don't sleep, an have a hard time with recovery.

                              6 if I'm lucky. I'm a light sleeper and have a hard time falling asleep most nights, even when tired. Sucks.

                                5 if Im lucky .... feel like crap with too much , but I also dont mind a nap after lunch and one sleep in or catch up when I need it every couple weeks ... usually post morning shagg sleep in :P .....
