    HAM!!! Hell yeah...i buy those individually packaged ham steaks all the time...no carbs, very lean, lots of protein!!! Sprinkle a little splenda on it and throw it in a pan....best part of my day!!!

    • Casein and dairy. I feel they digest slower and more time released. I take in a good deal of whey protein as well though.

        huh...let's see if the same happens to me. I started eating 9 whole eggs a day along with other protein sources for other meals to get fats in but they are sickening!

              • In a way the question has little validity from a BB point of view because taste preferences are of peripheral relevance only. As far as I am concerned the required impact dictated by your goals answers that question.

                • I don't know that I have a favorite but ground turkey is what I use while at work for protein. I mix it with diced tomatoes and mixed vegetables. I also drain the juice out of it about 3 times before I put it in rubbermaid dishes.
                  I also eat chicken breast out of the can as well.

                          • i go through phases when i have a dominant protein source...at one point it was egg albumin, then tips, yogurt w/ cottage cheese...
