Hm... Didn't know that soy plants laid eggs.

Guess you learn something new daily

My favorite protein source would have to be squid.

      Next in line: shrimp.

I could eat those all day.

Beef is aite... Love me some pork.

Rabbit & duck, i eat whenever i can get my hands on 'em.

Chicken and tuna.. I've eaten so much of 'em, the thought of either makes me want to shoot myself.

Eggs.. I hate, but i still pile a shitload away.

Can't use whey, and can barely stomach casein... So my protein powder of preference is Soy.

beef is best for growth, i gain best , when i eat 2 steaks a day, one in day and one b4 bed.
but i still love eggs cause their easier for your body to digest, and i can eat one or 2 an hour before a workout.

Beef has to be my favorite protein source, with chicken following as a close second.

I like eggs too, but they can become real old real fast. I usually have to have some toast or something with them to make them more palatable, but right now I'm on the Palumbo low-carb diet, so that's not an option. As a result, I've become tired of eggs. For whatever reason, it's much easier (at least for me) to become sick of eggs than to become sick of chicken/beef/fish. Anyone else agree?

Absolutely. I've been eating chicken 2x a day for the last 3 months, and still love it.
