  • Best Creatine?

In your guys opinion what was the creatine that gave u the best overall results?? There have prolly been a couple threads on this already but there are new creatine products coming out every month it seems.

Back in the day some liquid creatine gave me good results.

Currently I am using BSN NO-explode and cell mass and like it better than any other creatine products I have had the pleasure of using beafore.

Kre Alkalyn was also pretty good but overpriced so the effect was marginally better than monohydrate, if the price was right however I would use it more often.

IMO after u train a couple of years and use creatine on regular basis it doesn't seem to have as pronunced effect as when u took it for the first or second time.

IM CURRENTLY USING KRE ALKALYN. ITS PRETTY GOOD SO FAR,
I DO NOTICE SOME GOOD RESULTS FROM USING IT. IM LOOKING
TO TRY SOME NEW SUPPLEMENTS BUT ITS ALWAYS HARD FOR
ME TO BUY SOMTHING FOR $50 PLUS DOLLARS AND NOT KNOW
IF ITS GOING TO BE WORTH IT.

Cool thx for the responses guys. I was looking into this new type of creatine called Plasmavol. It is very expensive and only has 18 servings. Anyone ever tried this type of creatine yet and if so how was it?

Plasmavol is not creatine, per se. It is a plasma expander.

Best creatine I think I ever had was SizeOn from Gaspari and Cellmass from BSN.

Most people, like myself, don't like the loading, possible bloating, stomach discomfort and possible water retention. I'm willing to pay a little extra for something like SizeOn that gives me all the creatine advantages - and then some - without any of the disadvantages.

Other than that, nothing wrong with mono. Layne uses it exclusively and look at him.

Hey thx again for the responses guys. I agree also that mono is definatly a great creatine. I was really looking at size on or cell mass as my next fix. I just wanna try a full on creatine for once instead of the pre workout supps I am always taking. I think I will notice a considerable difference.

at the ISSN meeting Dr. Mark Tallon presented research showing that kre-alkyln did not buffer jack shit and was no better than creatine monohydrate. He also showed research that showed CEE rapidly degrades into creatinine within MINUTES. So fuck those scam artists who came up with Kre-alkyln & CEE. Creatine monohydrate is king
