    Workout Routine:Chest/Biceps/Light shoulders

    Db bench press 60lbs 15x, 70lbs 15x, 80lbs 12x, 90lbs 7x, then foloowed by 70 lbs to failure

    Hammer strength press 250lbs 3 sets 12-15x(slow)

    machine flyes 180lbs 3 sets 12-15x, each set directly foloowed bgy 110lbs to failure

    Cable flyes 3 sets 12-15x

    Hammer stregth press(light) 185lbs 3 sets 12-15x(REALLY SLOW/good strech)

    seated db lateral raises 25lbs 3 sets 12-15x

    seated db front raises 25lbs 3 sets 12-15x

    db curls 40lbs 3 sets both arms 10-12x, each set directly foloowed by alternate arms to failure

    bar curls 70lbs 3 sets 15x(slow)

    concentrated machine curls 120lbs 3 sets bot arms 8-10x, each set directly followed by 80lbs on arm 6-8x

    -Took 4 scoops after my routine
    -Tomorow will be my last day, A FINAL REVIEW will be posted

      Lat pulldown 160lbs 15x, 180lbs 12x, 200lbs 12x, 200lbs 10x

      Hammer strength isolated rows 315lbs 3 sets 8-10x, each set directly foloowed by 185lbs 6-8x

      rows(light) 200lbs 3 sets 8-10x

      reverse cable flyes 3 sets 12-15x

      lat pulldown machine(light)

      machine tricep dips 180lbs 3 sets 12-15x(slow)

      tricep bar pushdown 145lbs 3 sets 10-12x

      tricep rope pushdown 130lbs 3 sets 8-10x, each set directly followed by 80lbs to failure

      hammer strength traps(light) 225lbs 4 sets 15-25x(slow)

      obliques 3 sets 12-15x each side

      -Took 4 scoops after my training
      -recovery is up
      -NO GI/Stomach problems

        My Final review of Ultimate Nutrition's MUSCLE JUICE REVOLUTION 2600


        Taste:
        I got the STRAWBERRY flavor one. I really like it, It was good with water and even a lot better mixed with milk.

        Mixability:
        It mixes alright, but you will definately need a shaker cup if you dont like chunks in your shake. Personally I don't really care, because the chunks were like real strawberry bits in my shake.

        Price:
        Well I got mine for free. Thanks to Wolfeman(Ultimate Nutrition Rep) and the whole company
        If you go to retailers it usually cost around $40-$50 dollars, which isn't really that bad, and you are definately getting a lot for your money.

        Effectiveness:
        I was able to put on about 5-6 pounds of good mass (I took 3 scoops a day), plus it really helped my recovery, so I felt refreshed everyday at the gym.
        My advice is if you really wanna put on about 10 plus pounds then follow their dosing instructions.

        Pros:
        The conatiner is Huge
        Your getting a lot for your money
        They fill up the container to the very top
        helps recovery a lot
        taste good
        has less sugars
        good increase in weight and strength

        Cons:
        just felt a little bloated, but nothing too crazy

        OVERALL: 9/10
        -It taste really good and I like it
        -It helped my recovery a lot
        -Because my recovery was up, both strength and energy were up as well
        -Starting weight:186lbs
        -End weight: 192/193 lbs
        -Even though I wasn't able to put on that much weight, its all good beacsue I had a really good increase in strength

              I just about finished mine i have 4 days left since im going on vacation i have it measured out . I actually didnt gain any weight but honestly look leaner , the recovery is amazing ill only be sore for maybe a day or so . The taste is really good i got chocolate an i dont mind drinking it at all .

                  I was only able to put on agood solid 5-6 pounds

                  What i really liked about muscle juice was that it also really helped out my recovery time

                  plus it taste really good

                    Again, thanks for the good log. If the training is hard, diet is in check, and you add Muscle Juice to the mix, you should see some gains! Quick recovery is a major plus also!
