    my Ipods been dead and I realized The Gold's I train at plays the worst music and has been playing the same soundtrack for it seems over a year, lifting to christina aguilera and justin timberlake gets pretty old. anyone elses gym have this problem.

    Oh and I am sure each gym has a song it plays over and over mine is beautiful girls by sean kingston

    my gym plays very different stuff nothings the same...I just use my ipod when im alone or when im training with someone listen to the gym music if need be but i kinda like training with no music

      My gym is terrible for music. Plays absolute garbage. I take my Ipod everytime so I can listen to metal.

        My gym's owners pick the shittiest stations to play on XM...they play what they like, not what the members want. Members complain to me all day about that. I either try to get into a zone where I dont hear it, bring my mp3 player or now...train at home

          depends on the day and the people there on what tunes they play. Personally I just use my ipod bluetooth headphones al the time. best thing ever made were the blue tooth headphones for the ipod. like best thing ever for anyone who lifts.

            Man it at least sounds like your gyms have some varitey, my gym just play straight up the same soundtrack everydayand when your their longer than 2 hours it starts over. Nickeback, Aguilera, ect.
